Michlwirt
Michlwirt is a hotel, inn and butcher shop in Palling.
The kitchen team led by Marianne Trinkberger as well as chef Uwe Herrmann and chef Martina Berger are responsible for the daily culinary delights at the Michlwirt.
The basis for the well-kept traditional cuisine is the in-house butcher's shop. All meat and sausages used in the kitchen come from our own slaughterhouse and from animals from the region.
In addition to the classics such as beef and pork, the menu also includes special delicacies such as lamb and venison.
The trout come from Lake Tachinger.
The extensive menu offers an enormous selection from snacks to desserts - there is something for every taste!
The restaurants include the Gute Stube, the Theaterstüberl, the Michlstube, the Gaststube and the Michlsaal.
