Wanderweg "Nonner Runde" in Bad Reichenhall
The "Nonner Runde" in Bad Reichenhall starts next to the parking lot of the Rupertustherme and leads through a small pedestrian underpass past a small sports and skater park. The underpass goes somewhat steeply down and up, so a wheelchair user will need assistance. In the fall, watch out for foliage. After the skater park, turn left and you are on a nice path along the Saalach River until you come to a large bridge that leads to the other side. On the bridge you can enjoy a beautiful panorama on both sides.
After the bridge, continue straight ahead through a beautiful forest until you reach a small bridge on a small river. There you turn left on the path. Between the forest clearings you get a fantastic view of meadows and mountains. This path leads to a small private cottage, from where you turn right again and return to the origin via the circular path. The hike takes about 25-30 minutes. The path is mostly level, but due to nature it is covered with foliage at times. Due to the steep underpass, this route is only suitable for wheelchair users with assistance.
