Accessibility checks of the public WC facilities in Bad Reichenhall

Berchtesgadener Land. Larissa Messmer, responsible for project work for people with disabilities at the district office, recently carried out accessibility checks of the public WC facilities in Bad Reichenhall together with a volunteer supporter with a visual impairment.

Bad Reichenhall train station: A barrier-free WC is available in the station concourse. This can be used either free of charge with the Eurokey or with a fee of 50 ct.

Wandelhalle Kurpark Bad Reichenhall: There is a barrier-free ramp leading into the Wandelhalle. There is a barrier-free WC in the hall. The door opens to the outside. This WC is not suitable for people with a visual impairment.

Public WC Heilingbrunnerstraße: This WC is located next to the public parking lot and is accessible without a Euro key and without charge. Opening the door is only possible with assistance.

Public WC Ludwigstraße: This WC is located next to with the Tucher restaurant near the Rathausplatz.  The door can only be opened with assistance. The WC is poorly coated.
